Project that aims to reduce the use of plastic bags, mainly for food purchases. Fruit and/or vegetables that do not meet the national quality standards required to be sold are used. With this waste and through a low-cost process, bags made of fruit leather are manufactured that can be used to transport up to 3 kg of merchandise. At the end of its useful life, the bag can be easily composted since it is composed only of organic materials.
