CUERPOespín

CUERPOespín is an expressive wearable that shows the discontent of street harassment towards women. The expressive mechanism is inspired by the defense method of a porcupine. The project consists of a skirt with which the woman, when feeling violated or harassed, clenches her fist in a sign of discontent and by means of tensioners the skirt raises its quills. The wearable works by means of a circuit formed by an Arduino: Lilypad, servos and flexibility sensors.
